which means new spring

Saebom (April) Kwon is a UX design researcher. She is empathizer, learner, and problem solver. Originally from Seoul, she is now in Michigan for her study in Human-Computer Interaction and human-centered design.

She has worked on building mental models of how novice tech users manage their web accounts, designing a system that prevents social media abuse, and space design software that community members can participate in planning. Her out-of-work passion has always been dancing.
